Foundational skills conducted in small groups sessions (max 4). Our coaches will provide you with the right foundations to start your basketball journey. These sessions are based on skillset, not age groups. Ages 5+ during school terms: 60-minute sessions conducted over 10 weeks.

For athletes that are looking for refining skills and techniques. Must have playing experience. On demand pay per 60-minute session basis.

Provide an experience to connect, the program includes self-development, leadership, confidence, active lifestyle and interactive skills to empower young women. During school terms: 60-minute sessions conducted over 10 weeks.
$30 per Player / Per Hour
Focusing on specific skills as referred to from club training/development. This will be facilitated by a skills trainer on a timetable Mon-Fri, where athletes from Royals club training will be referred to refine their skills with a specific focus to improve at a pay as you attend basis, small groups only.

Offering provided as part of Affiliated Basketball Club season packages (optional) or alternative training needs. A program providing the athlete with
the foundation and guidance to build strength and improve performance to get the better edge in your sport.
Duration: During school terms 60-minute sessions conducted over 10 weeks.
We have personal trainers facilitating training sessions to focus on achieving your goals and needs. Providing you with the right guidance on how to change certain habits inside and outside of the gym to get you towards your goal, whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or improve your performance on the court.
Duration: 60-minute sessions on demand with a minimum of 12 weeks.
Partner Sessions - $75 pp/per session
Personal Session - $100 pp/per session (Individualized training plan)
We have personal trainers facilitating group training sessions to focus on achieving your goals and needs. Providing you with a community to train
alongside and achieve your own specific goal in the process, whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or improve your performance on the court.
Duration: 60-minutes on demand sessions (minimum 4 weeks). Min.3 Max.6 person per group.
Group sessions receive an individualized training plan.
$120 pp/ 2x sessions
All abilities, NDIS special needs programs for physical activities including basic basketball skills exercises.
Duration: 2 hours on demand.
